Fees tailored to suitWe can provide a varying architectural design and documentation service to suit your budget. Our service can be separated into five categories as follows:
- Pre design/sketch design
- Development design
- Contract documentation
- Tender
- Contract Administration
Creative Arch would generally provide a fixed price from pre design through to contract documentation. For the remaining stages involving tender and contract administration, we have found hourly charge to be the best win/win.
A letter of offer will be provided tailored to suit your individual project. Percentage fees may vary depending on the size and complexity of the building.

You will notice with our fee proportions we can provide considerable savings with the contract documentation phase. Due to our investment of time and money we have developed systems and processes, which has provided Creative Arch with templates and an extensive library of details.
We refer to this as LEVERAGE "working smarter not harder".
We are totally transparent about this and pass these cost savings on to our client. The major benefit of this process, as it allows more time and energy to be focused on at the front end of the design phase, which is paramount to a successful outcome.
