With 14 years of architectural experience spanning Malaysia and New Zealand, Ivy brings a diverse perspective to every project. After earning a Bachelor of Architecture in Malaysia, she worked on a range of high-rise mixed-use and residential developments before relocating to New Zealand, where she has spent nearly seven years delivering alterations and commercial projects.
Clients appreciate Ivy’s approachable nature, practical mindset, and ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges. She is passionate about creating designs that prioritise functionality and purpose, believing that great architecture begins with understanding how people live, work, and interact with a space.
For Ivy, one of the most rewarding aspects of architecture is seeing a project come to life, transforming an initial vision into a completed building. It’s a process they compare to building life-sized Lego: bringing together countless elements to create something meaningful and enduring.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find Ivy outdoors hiking, camping, or enjoying a picnic with family and friends. She love’s making the most of New Zealand’s landscapes and spending time in nature.
