Without any hesitation we can say that the best thing about our new home project was choosing Creative Arch as our design team. They came up with a design that was aesthetically pleasing, functional and suited to a challenging coastal site. They completely understood and worked closely with our brief. When we decided that we wanted to build a holiday home on the banks of the Waikato River we knew we wanted to do it right. We wanted our home to blend with the native setting and not conflict with it.  We wanted a home that made a statement; we wanted a home like the ones that we saw in the brochures.  CreativeArch met all of our dreams and desires.

We place “Excellence in Design” as one of the most important components of building a home. Even more important is producing a great design within budget. It is all too common to hear that a great design never made it past the drawing board due to costs not being considered carefully throughout the design stage.

Creative Architecture were commissioned to redesign an old Titirangi Bach into an aesthetically modern functional home, merging with the hilly bush clad Titirangi terrain.  With no clear ideas on form, Creative Architecture provided various conceptual designs with the final design providing the aesthetical requirements established in the brief.

As the media is constantly reminding us Leaky homes are prolific and we are only just starting to understand the massive problem that faces NZ.
Unfortunately my husband and I had to experience it first hand. My beautiful home and sanctuary that I bought back in 2000 was slowly falling down, the reality was a complete rebuild without of course removing the base structure of the house and affecting our weathertight claim. Mark M and Creative Arch were selected as the architects for the project. Unfortunately it wasn’t like building a new home where the plans are an exciting adventure you look forward to seeing, ours was just a necessity that we wanted to get done as soon as possible as every month without tenants was another drain on the pocket.

Creative Arch were selected because of their communication style, professionalism, sensitivity to the project ahead and most importantly their ability to listen to our needs and meet them.
Throughout the process the team added value and advised on potential materials to be used to improve the future protectiveness of the property while still taking into account the cost of any changes. The CA worked well with multiple parties, including a building surveyor, builders, council, colour consultants and suppliers. They went the extra mile visiting the council – without charging – to negotiate rates for inspections.

Weekly progress updates were given and invoicing was always accurate and timely. CA have fantastic processes and people that can be relied on.
They have made a painful process easier and have done an amazing job. We now have a wonderful new home that was very difficult for us not to move into ourselves.
